How can I use a higher speed wireless n adapter instead of the internal wireless g in the laptop? - wireless n
The internal LAN can be disabled, but I have to uninstall the driver, or I can
Just install the driver for external Wireless-N?

Go to Device Manager and disable the internal wireless card. Installing from the outside and using it.
You do not turn off turn off the internal wireless, but only a rotation, or the radio. Install a USB cable or wireless n card type, the software and configure the wireless connection in the same manner as for the internal WLAN.
You can disable the driver in Device Manager, even though it makes little sense if they cause problems. Just go ahead and install the software on your wireless adapter or a new PCMCIA card in order to ensure that the internal card is usually not the keyboard or the function changes depending on the laptop
No need to uninstall the drivers ... Turn off and simply plug the USB wireless adapter
