Can someone help me design a lab? It's about how pH levels affect the rate of enzyme activity.? - lab blender

Hello everyone,
Please look at me, screaming, others know to do my job, because this is not what I'm doing. I had some difficulties, so please help =)
I need help to a lab for my biology class design.
It depends on whether the temporal change of the enzyme activity by pH values of acids and bases. My teacher has me the materials to be used in practice: the liver, hydrogen peroxide, a mixer, CD-filter, and pH buffer tablets pH 4, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., distilled water. I do not know how to use these products in a lab ... You can help me please?
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into OH-neutral - that is different from the hydroxide ions - and that is the so-called "reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS can use the DNA in a cell and cause mutations and can also react organelle damage. The Liver is especially high levels of so-called "intercept ROS" If these ROS and neutralize them so that they can cause damage to cells or DNA (the liver is a place of high metabolic activity, it generates ROS, as well as a detoxification center which also means ROS).

Now to his lab, using a blender (or a mortal and pestle, it would be better) to the liver break (for what you enzymes) are released from the cells and then added to participate and to be H2O2 solution You can see that the bubble.

Since the enzymes that can serve this reaction only in a particular area of the pH value of the work do not see the bubble when the pH is too far from the ideal pH value (which is probably around 7). Therefore, you must adjust the pH of the solution of H2O2 Changeand see how it affects the spread.

This is what I would do anyway. Hope this helps! Good luck!
