I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ5 digital camera and wonder how I define the size of the videos that I can change for websites .. Most sites that 100mb alllow, and most of my videos are more. Is there a website that can help our special software to resize video? Thanks in advance ...

You really have to, how much resolution you need before you decide to shoot.
Or you can change the boring parts and the image file in less than 100MB
